Welcome to R.M.K. TEX. We take pride in the quality of our textile products and aim for 100% customer satisfaction. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Custom-stitched or altered items are not eligible for return.

📦 Important: Please do not send any product back to the manufacturer address without prior approval.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-tailored/altered garments

  • Innerwear and undergarments

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Gift cards or coupons

  • Damaged items due to customer mishandling


Partial Refunds May Be Issued For:

  • Items with visible signs of wear or damage

  • Products not in original condition or missing parts not due to our error

  • Returns initiated after 30 days of delivery


Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (via Razorpay – UPI, card, wallet, or net banking).
⏳ Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not arrived:

  1. Recheck your bank account or Razorpay wallet

  2. Contact your bank or card issuer (some delays are common)

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased on sale or with discounts are non-refundable, unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition.


Exchanges

We replace items only if:

  • They are defective

  • Damaged during shipping or delivery

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit. Once the returned item is received and approved, a coupon or store credit will be issued.

If the gift was shipped to the giver, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

🚚 Note:

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of prepaid return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
